Ms. Richarde is an associate AIA, LEED accredited professional. With a passion for sustainability and a background in green building she has led many LEED certified projects, including some of the earliest projects to achieve LEED certification in California and more recently in the Middle East and China. Her focus is on strategic master site (infrastructure) planning, LEED design consultation, project management including early LEED assessments, certification documentation, and workshop facilitation. Additionally, she is an expert at providing specifications review on green building materials and environmental control systems.
GrennShui specializes in LEED consultations and Sustainable Design. Several projects locally and overseas (Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Dubai) have been developed with our expertise in green.
